Come in and fill out an application or print and complete the online application below.  To process your application, a non-refundable fee per application will be required in the form of a Check or Money Order made payable to Timber Oaks Apartments.  This fee covers verification of employment, income, previous residence, credit and criminal background.  To complete the application process, one additional form of ID must be provided. Please contact the leasing office for acceptable identification.
